Washington DC Flag Stencil
Washington, D.C. is the capital city of our great country. D.C. stands for District of Columbia and the city is not part of any state, but acts as independent and impartial ground from which the U.S. government operates. The Washington, D.C. flag is a simple flag with a white background two horizontal red stripes and three red stars above the stripes. The design is inspired by the coat of arms that was given to George Washington's great-great-great-grandfather, Lawrence Washington, in England in 1592.
