Rhode Island State Flag Stencil
Rhode Island may not actually be an island, but it has a lot of coastline, which is probably why its state flag is so seaside-oriented. The flag consists of a plain white background, in the center of which is a circle of 13 gold stars. Inside the circle of stars in a golden anchor and a blue banner that has the word “HOPE” written on it.
