Aztec Sun Stencil
Aztec design patterns have been popular in art and decor for centuries. They were originally used by the Aztec people of what is now Mexico and the designs have evolved and are now used in any number of ways. One of the most popular Aztec designs was that of the sun stone, which has been simplified and reimagined many times. Now we have captured one very simple and powerful representation of the Aztec sun in our Aztec Sun stencil.
The Aztec Sun stencil is simple, showing the spiral sun in the center of lines that represent the rays coming out of the sun. This is such a fun pattern that you can use in many different ways. You can paint it onto a wall in a bedroom, either large or as a border. You can paint it onto furniture. Your biggest challenge might be choosing the colors you use, whether you stay with one or mix a few colors together.
